Staffing Services

Through Sarka’s staffing service, you get the opportunity to work in our client companies or in different units of the city of Tampere. Through us, workers are constantly employed for various part-time and full-time positions. Tasks can vary from assistant tasks to experts. Sarka’s jobs are typically in kitchens, early childhood education, schools and multi-service employee positions, among others.

In personnel leasing tasks, Sarka acts as your employer and is responsible for your salary payment and employer obligations. The work itself is done at the client company or city unit and under their management. During your employment at Sarka, you will have an administrative immediate supervisor to support you. In our employment relationships, we follow Avainta ry’s collective agreement.

In work positions, training or experience in the field is an advantage, but not always required. Instead, your own motivation and interest in learning and working in the field is essential. It is also highly recommended that you invest in learning the Finnish language. This will make your employment easier. We also support you in the accumulation of your skills and enable the completion of partial degrees and apprenticeship paths in our employment relationships.
